Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for DCX Programs to lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex digital and e-commerce initiatives.

This role requires a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen and the ability to drive excellence across multiple projects while ensuring alignment with program goals and sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution and delivery across the full project lifecycle
  • Ensure scope clarity, predictable cadence and quality outcomes
  • Maintain transparent progress tracking and dependency management
  • Meet client commitments without reliance on overtime or heroics
  • Drive continuous improvement within the project
  • Act as the owner of the project margin model, designing best, expected and worst delivery scenarios
  • Define explicit assumptions for roles, rates, locations, ramp-up and overhead
  • Propose viable staffing plans upfront and identify risks with mitigation actions
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and update based on reality, tracking margin weekly
  • Own day-to-day staffing decisions within approved boundaries and build sustainable team structures
  • Flag gaps early, including utilization drift, cost creep and skill shortages
  • Use cross-skilling and upskilling tactically, working closely with program and resource pools on pipeline planning
  • Detect early signals of scope creep, utilization decline and productivity drops, escalating proactively before impact
  • Ensure consistent governance, valid staffing assumptions and alignment with shared practices, tools and cadence
  • Contribute to turning multiple projects into a repeatable delivery engine

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years leading complex digital or eCommerce delivery
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding
  • Experience owning project P&L or margin targets
  • Structured planning and governance mindset
  • Ability to balance client needs with economic sustainability
  • Comfortable operating in multi-project, program environments
  • Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
