Overview

We are seeking a Data Delivery Manager to join our progressive team.

This role entails managing the full lifecycle of complex programs, projects, or multiple workstreams within the Data and Analytics field. The Data Delivery Manager ensures successful project outcomes, client satisfaction, and well-managed expectations, all while aligning deliverables with strategic goals, timelines, and budget parameters.

You bring expertise in delivery and a robust background in the Data and Analytics field, working alongside globally recognized, award-winning development and technology teams dedicated to high standards. In this capacity, you will foster strong partnerships between business and technology, take a proactive approach in defining and implementing deliverables, and encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end solution delivery for assigned account(s)
  • Serve as a central point of accountability for senior management and client stakeholders concerning delivery-related topics, including escalations, account growth, and scope changes
  • Ensure planned, robust, and scalable architecture while maintaining technical quality during implementation
  • Facilitate collaboration between various disciplines and stakeholders
  • Establish and sustain long-term client relationships
  • Resolve client challenges and mitigate potential engagement risks
  • Design delivery plans with defined timelines, resource allocations, and quality standards to drive successful project execution
  • Develop and maintain strategies for continuous delivery risk management to enable proactive decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and sharing technical and managerial expertise to secure new opportunities
  • Engage actively with EPAM’s data delivery management community

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering projects related to Data and Analytics, Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Business Intelligence
  • 5+ years of experience in analyzing and translating customer business needs into effective Data technology solutions
  • Understanding of data engineering challenges and experience in data platform engineering, covering batch and streaming processes for ingestion, storage, processing, management, integration, and consumption
  • Familiarity with diverse Data technology stacks
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in Data
  • Skills in data visualization and familiarity with multiple tools and technologies in the domain
  • Understanding of classical analytics concepts and related theories
  • Knowledge of various delivery frameworks, including a strong background in agile methodologies
  • Multitasking capability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Background in client-facing roles with extensive experience
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher
