Overview
We are seeking a Lead Full-stack JavaScript Developer with solid engineering skills across the stack.
This role will be responsible for leading a team of engineers working on a variety of products. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality deliverables through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), provide regular feedback to the team, and adjust processes and timelines as necessary.

Responsibilities
- Oversee coding and development tasks
- Delegate tasks effectively without micromanaging
- Focus on team's productivity and collective impact
- Make independent decisions for the team
- Lead technical discussions and drive effective technical decisions
- Collaborate with engineers for defining and reviewing architecture
- Assist in code review processes and bug fixes
- Prioritize high-impact projects
- Partner with product teams to manage scope and deliverables
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, ReactJS
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Understanding of web development, service-oriented architecture, and cloud computing
- Experience with AWS or GCP
- High emotional intelligence
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions
- Experience fostering a collaborative and enjoyable team environment
