We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project Manager - GxP Environment to lead our mission-critical SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA brownfield conversion initiative.

In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the entire transformation journey in our validated GxP environment, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. This position requires a strategic mindset, technical understanding, and exceptional leadership skills to drive results across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, governance model, risk-action-issue-decision (RAID) management system, and stakeholder reporting frameworks
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate diverse workstreams including business process teams, IT, validation specialists, testing groups, data management, cutover execution, infrastructure, and hypercare support
  • Technical Integration: Effectively manage dependencies between functional and technical teams to ensure seamless system transition
  • Problem Resolution: Drive timely issue resolution through effective escalation management and decisive leadership
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure strict alignment with Computer System Validation (CSV)/GxP requirements and internal quality processes
  • Resource Optimization: Oversee third-party vendors and offshore delivery teams to maximize efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in SAP implementation and transformation projects
  • Demonstrated success in managing at least two complete SAP project life cycles
  • Proven experience leading at least one successful ECC-to-S/4HANA brownfield conversion project
  • Substantial experience working in pharmaceutical, medical device, or other validated environments
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cross-functional integration requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
