Overview

We are searching for a Portuguese-speaking Senior Infrastructure Integration Engineer to support IT infrastructure integration efforts, specifically in the context of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). This role emphasizes contributing to the planning and execution of IT integration across diverse domains, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support infrastructure workstreams for M&A integrations, focusing on Day 1 readiness and post-close activities
  • Assist in the creation of infrastructure integration strategies, including roadmaps, milestones, and rollback frameworks
  • Participate in technical discovery to identify key requirements for target-state architectures and integration plans
  • Collaborate with teams managing Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/SSO/MFA), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), and Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM)
  • Ensure integration activities are conducted in alignment with security, compliance, and organizational protocols
  • Coordinate with application, security, workplace, and business teams, as well as external vendors or service providers
  • Track progress, identify risks, and prepare status reports for relevant stakeholders
  • Input resource projections and assist in forecasting or budgeting activities
  • Prepare documentation and operational materials to enable a seamless handover to downstream teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles with a history of contributing to multi-domain projects
  • Prior involvement in M&A infrastructure integration or technology unification initiatives
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure such as networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM) with a foundational understanding of cloud and security concepts
  • Proven track record of cooperation within multi-functional, geographically distributed teams
  • Adequate project coordination skills with a clear understanding of planning, governance, and issue resolution processes
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate technical discussions across diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with TSA processes, cloud migration methodologies, or Zero Trust frameworks
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or above
  • Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese at a B2+ level
