We are expanding our QA capability with an Automation Tester in Java focused on dependable automation and scalable testing practices. You will partner with developers and stakeholders to plan coverage, automate E2E and REST validation, and enhance our tools and methodologies over time. Responsibilities

  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure consistent software quality
  • Partner with development, QA, and product teams to keep testing processes aligned with objectives
  • Evaluate testing requirements and prepare detailed test plans across the SDLC
  • Create and maintain automation suites for E2E and REST services
  • Present test results and support effective handling of detected issues
  • Enhance testing methods and tooling to increase delivery efficiency
  • Incorporate testing steps into DevOps pipelines and workflows for streamlined releases

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in automation testing
  • Strong skills in Java development and adherence to SOLID principles
  • Background in leveraging the SCOTT Pyramid to structure testing strategy
  • Knowledge of database management within testing contexts
  • Sound understanding of Clean Architecture principles and usage
  • Evidence of automating tests for E2E and REST services
  • Experience documenting and performing test certification activities
  • Exposure to AWS services in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with the Screenplay pattern for test automation design
  • Proficiency with Selenium, Gherkin, and Cucumber toolsets
  • Ability to work effectively with DevOps workflows and tools
  • Strong English skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and support
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control workflows
  • Capability to manage and analyze risk matrices
  • Skill in designing and developing use cases for features and systems
