Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of designing and delivering innovative solutions.

This role involves working across the entire stack to create robust and scalable products while leading and mentoring a team of developers. You will collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high-quality development that meets business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance components, interfaces, and tools to support discovery, moderation, and regulatory enforcement
  • Collaborate closely with customers in the Payments team and other internal groups to create products that improve their workflows
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code libraries and product features using PHP, JavaScript (ES6), React, Python, and Go
  • Foster personal and professional growth in a collaborative and inclusive environment, sharing knowledge and learning from team members
  • Ensure scalability and performance across the stack by optimizing both front-end and back-end solutions
  • Lead discussions on technical architecture and contribute to strategic planning for product development
  • Organize and prioritize team tasks to meet project deadlines and deliverables
  • Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation to ensure long-term maintainability

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in web programming with a proven track record of relevant work
  • Minimum of one year of experience managing and leading development teams
  • Strong understanding of React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and the DOM
  • Experience with server-side technologies such as PHP, Python, Java, Go, or NodeJS
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate respectfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven to operate with a sense of urgency, prioritizing accountability and results
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
