What we’re looking for:

  • Advanced SQL skills – ability to write complex queries using joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregations; optimize query performance for large datasets;
  • Experience working with ETL pipelines and building data workflows (Airflow, dbt, or similar); understanding how to ensure data quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
  • Basic Python for data analysis and automation;
  • Experience with any BI tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar);
  • Understanding of fundamental statistics, A/B tests, and experimentation concepts (proper test design, power calculation, post-hoc analysis, etc.)
  • Ability to structure and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and meaningful insights;
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and other teams;
  • A proactive mindset—someone who enjoys diving into data, identifying trends, and proposing opportunities for growth.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working as a product or data analyst specifically in a subscription-based service (SaaS, mobile subscriptions, OTT, etc.);
  • Experience running pricing A/B experiments.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in evaluating experiments and interpreting results to optimize product initiatives;
  • Participate in evaluating pricing experiments and interpreting results to inform product and marketing strategies;
  • Work on improving the existing LTV forecasting model and develop additional predictive models as needed;
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility into product trends and opportunities;
  • Identify and explore potential growth levers based on data-driven insights;
