Overview
We are looking for a Senior MarTech Full Stack Engineer to deliver marketing-technology solutions that blend big data processing with full-stack delivery at scale. You will shape real-time, event-driven systems and customer-facing apps, working closely with product, marketing, and data teams to turn needs into durable technical solutions—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Lead MarTech engineering initiatives across data processing, orchestration, activation pipelines, and application layers
- Architect scalable event-driven architectures that enable real-time marketing and automated customer journeys
- Design and implement orchestration workflows using Adobe Campaign or equivalent platforms
- Build and tune big-data applications using Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python
- Develop and optimize cloud-native pipelines on Azure with Azure Data Factory
- Create and support full-stack applications using React, Angular or Vue on the frontend and Node.js, Python or Java on the backend
- Implement resilient APIs and microservices to connect MarTech platforms with customer-facing solutions
- Apply advanced design patterns to improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability in distributed systems
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices such as Vibe Coding to streamline development workflows
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor engineering teammates to raise code quality, team performance, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience using React, Angular or Vue for frontend and Node.js, Python or Java for backend development
- Hands-on expertise in RESTful and GraphQL API design plus CI/CD pipelines for full-stack deployments
- Working familiarity with AI-driven development tools like Vibe Coding or similar frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in fast-moving, highly collaborative settings
- Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and translate complex technical topics into business-focused outcomes
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+ level)
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale marketing ecosystems such as ESP, CDP, or real-time decisioning platforms
- Knowledge of high-volume data processing to support customer engagement and growth strategies
- Capability in DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automated testing across data and application layers
- Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines for personalization, segmentation, or content automation
- Portfolio of customer-facing web applications integrated with MarTech and data platforms
