Overview

We are seeking a Lead Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen the security and scalability of our cloud environments across Azure and GCP. This hands-on role focuses on advancing Kubernetes security, embedding DevSecOps principles, and working with DevOps and engineering teams to integrate security into all development phases.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure robust Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Kubernetes Security Posture Management (KSPM)
  • Secure Azure and GCP environments, spanning IaaS, PaaS and serverless infrastructures
  • Enforce Kubernetes security frameworks, including AKS
  • Embed security protocols into CI/CD pipelines using a Shift-Left methodology
  • Deploy and oversee security tools such as Wiz and SentinelOne
  • Strengthen vulnerability management, threat detection and incident response efforts
  • Promote alignment with security best practices across DevOps and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of practical experience with Azure or GCP
  • Expertise in Kubernetes security tools and methodologies
  • Background in implementing DevSecOps principles and securing CI/CD workflows
  • Knowledge of CSPM/KSPM tools and their utilization
  • Understanding of API security and cloud IAM frameworks
  • Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) techniques
  • English at B2 level or above

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with container security or runtime protection solutions
  • Competency in managing multi-cloud environments and related challenges
  • Skills in automation or scripting with languages like Python or Bash
