MoonPay is looking for a Senior Workday Engineer (Techno-Functional Lead) to join their team. As a key member, you will own and evolve the Workday ecosystem, ensuring system reliability and scalability. The role combines hands-on Workday configuration and operational support with integration development, automation, and system optimization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience across configuration and integrations
- Experience across multiple Workday modules; Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
- Strong experience with Workday integrations (e.g. APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio or similar tools)
- Comfortable owning both system operations and technical improvements end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system or data issues independently
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into effective system solutions
