- Advanced knowledge of MacOS, Windows, Linux
- Basic command line knowledge (sh, bash, cmd\powershell)
- Basic understanding of network models (OSI, TCP/IP)
- Understanding of how network protocols work (DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, SSH, VPN)
- Problem identification and resolution skills

- Basic knowledge of the Bash and/or Python programming languages
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins, AWS
