Overview

Join EPAM as a Business Analyst and drive complex technical integrations. You will gather requirements, identify essential business logic and liaise between internal and external teams. Your expertise will ensure our system integrations align perfectly with business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users, delivery teams and developers to design solutions that meet core business needs
  • Facilitate agile workflows and provide continuous support to the Product Owner and Scrum team
  • Assist users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure deliverables meet all objectives
  • Provide post-implementation support and address system queries from business users
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver consistent status reports
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project deliverables, prioritization and negotiations

Requirements

  • Strong background in business analysis with a focus on technical requirement gathering and gap analysis
  • Proven experience writing user stories and developing requirements using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to create product artifacts and provide final sign-off to engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with system interface mapping and data mapping to support complex integrations
  • Track record of successfully collaborating with diverse stakeholders to translate technical documentation into clear action plans
