Overview
We are looking for an experienced remote Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team and take on a leadership role in the development of a new digital retail platform for the automotive industry in the USA.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders and product managers, and providing technical guidance and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines and infrastructure using Informatica MDM and ActiveVOS
- Develop and maintain data models and mappings
- Configure and maintain MDM system design and MDM logic
- Perform data analysis and ensure data quality and governance
- Troubleshoot issues related to performance tuning of application databases and Informatica MDM platform
- Monitor data loads on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design appropriate data solutions
- Assist in performing Informatica MDM low-level design
- Develop Java user exits for Hub and IDD
- Integrate inbound and outbound data using bus brokers like Kafka
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines and infrastructure
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM Customer 360 or Multidomain MDM
- 5+ years of proven system development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in MDM 10.3 and above
- Experience in Informatica Intelligent Management Cloud, IICS or Cloud Data Integration is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub configurations (i.e. data modeling, data mappings, data validation, match and merge rules, ActiveVOS, SIF Framework, MDM User Exits, and Publish)
- Experience in MDM Provisioning tool setups, Business Entities, Business Entity Views, Layout configurations, E360/C360 UI development
- Experience in SQL and stored procedures, preferably MSSQL
- Knowledge of basic concepts of Java and J2EE
- Experience in large-scale data engineering
- Nice to have: experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and Python
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a passion for collaboration and conflict resolution
- Fluent in English (B2+ level) to communicate with stakeholders
