Responsibilities

  • Manage L3 support for day-to-day incidents, service requests and problems in the IT environment, ensuring all SLAs are met
  • Oversee operational tasks such as monitoring service availability and performance, coordinating with 1st and 2nd Level Support
  • Lead release activities, ensuring proper communication with all upstream and downstream dependencies
  • Execute required audits, controls and annual risk assessments to identify and manage operational IT risks
  • Support IT security processes, including firewall management and access rights reviews
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update technical and architectural debts in partnership with System Architects
  • Document support processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
  • Participate in planning and feature refinement sessions to ensure support requirements are addressed
  • Deliver high-quality code and solutions aligned with company guidelines and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in backend software engineering with .NET Core and Entity Framework
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture
  • Proficiency in SQL databases such as MSSQL, Oracle or Postgres
  • Experience with streaming technologies including Kafka and Avro
  • Familiarity with Angular, React, JavaScript and Typescript for understanding full-stack environments
  • Practical knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD and Kubernetes (PKS) or Virtual Machines
  • Understanding of Open API and UML for documentation and design
  • Experience with TDD, BDD and automated testing practices
  • Effective communicator with very good English proficiency
  • Pragmatic, proactive and open-minded approach with an entrepreneurial spirit
