The CX Sales Director - New Logo Sales position at CSG requires a strategic, consultative sales director who can drive new logo acquisition across key verticals and accelerate growth through partner-led sales motions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful technology sales experience selling in to one or more of CSG’s target verticals
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience identifying, qualifying, and closing enterprise prospects
  • Demonstrated success driving the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
  • CX expertise & executive engagement
  • Customer Experience (CX) SaaS expertise preferred
