Xpansiv is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to build and architect the backbone for the next phase of Xpansiv’s growth journey, developing strategy-aligned processes, managing marketing automation, and buying and building additional solutions.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Hands-on administration experience with leading marketing automation solutions and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM)
  • Built lead scoring and lifecycle automation at scale; delivered attribution that stakeholders trust
  • Implemented and led scaled-up adoption of AI tools for key GTM workflows
  • Developed excellent documentation and stakeholder enablement practices
