Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and integration of advanced Salesforce solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. You will work in a collaborative environment, applying your expertise to support business transformation and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the migration process from Genesys Contact Center to NiCE, ensuring seamless transition and system compatibility
  • Develop and optimize workflows within Salesforce to streamline business processes
  • Implement workforce management features to improve resource allocation and productivity
  • Build and maintain evaluation modules for performance tracking and reporting
  • Integrate Salesforce with customer-facing chat platforms and booking systems to enhance user experience and connectivity

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud for managing sales processes and customer relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including customization, integration, and automation capabilities
  • Excellent English communication skills at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Genesys for contact center solutions
  • Familiarity with NICE Nexidia for advanced analytics and customer interaction management
