N-iX is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design work across a growing digital product on web and mobile. The platform supports users in identifying crop issues, selecting suitable solutions, and assessing possible side effects. Its purpose is to simplify complex decision-making and provide practical support for both customers and technical consultants in their daily work. This role requires strong product thinking, hands-on design execution, and ownership of a scalable design system that supports continuous product growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product design for web and mobile, from discovery to final implementation
  • Translate business and product needs into intuitive user experiences (flows, wireframes, prototypes)
  • Lead product discovery, shaping solutions before development starts
  • Design and evolve scalable, consistent UI systems and patterns
  • Own and drive the design system, ensuring adoption, usability, and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineers to deliver feasible, high-quality implementations
  • Ensure high UX quality through research, testing, and continuous iteration
  • Make data-informed design decisions and validate solutions with users or metrics
  • Communicate design rationale clearly and confidently challenge ambiguous requirements
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure smooth design-to-development handoff

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
  • Portfolio showing both UX problem-solving and high-quality UI design
  • Experience designing for growing digital products with evolving requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience creating, scaling, and maintaining design systems
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile
  • Ability to turn product ideas, requirements, and stakeholder input into intuitive, polished solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and design libraries
  • Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of design decisions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design choices clearly
  • Upper Intermediate English 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, platform, or enterprise products
  • Experience designing complex workflows, multi-step journeys, or data-heavy interfaces
  • Understanding of front-end implementation constraints
  • Experience in improving design processes and design governance in growing teams
