Overview

EPAM is expanding its Microsoft Business Applications team, and we’re looking for an experienced consultant to handle client communication, gather requirements, and co-design solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. You’ll work with distributed teams, contribute to client management, and solution implementation to help deliver measurable value to global enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with client needs and business processes
  • Enhance existing CRM AI/Copilots capabilities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration of solutions
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and set clear expectations
  • Perform impact analysis and highlight changes to business processes
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Manage CRM-related projects from initiation through completion
  • Conduct extra activities like testing, user training, and managing project documentation
  • Support the adoption of Agile practices within the team
  • Provide guidance to teams on CRM best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Consultant in the IT industry
  • Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and familiarity with out-of-the-box functionality
  • Knowledge of MS Power Apps, MS Copilot Studio, and Power Automate, including application lifecycle management
  • Strong understanding of GenAI and LLM fundamentals
  • Understanding of application programming, QA, database systems, and system design concepts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing customer expectations, performing impact analysis, and handling critical issues
  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and ability to manage ambiguity in dynamic environments
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within agile teams
  • Advanced level of spoken English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Power Portals and Power BI
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Experience in business domains such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services
