We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the core infrastructure team responsible for the stability, reliability, and evolution of Muse Group’s production platforms. This team runs the infrastructure behind global music products – including high-traffic websites and services used by millions of musicians worldwide. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining highly available systems while helping modernize the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the server infrastructure of Muse Group
  • Ensure high system reliability and availability, targeting 99.9% uptime
  • Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters
  • Design and maintain comprehensive infrastructure monitoring systems
  • Automate deployment pipelines and operational processes using tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
  • Support product teams with production deployments and infrastructure needs
  • Develop and improve internal developer tools and services
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate closely with engineers across product development teams

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, SRE, or system administration roles
  • Deep expertise in Linux system administration and TCP/IP networking
  • Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
  • Experience operating bare-metal infrastructure or hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise)
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible
  • Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience administering databases such as MySQL and Elasticsearch
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, especially Grafana and Prometheus
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Experience designing secure infrastructure and CI/CD systems
  • Familiarity with application and infrastructure security best practices
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers across teams and mentor colleagues
  • Comfortable working in English (B1+)

Nice to have:

  • Experience administering PHP-based production applications
  • Advanced Git / GitHub workflows including branching strategies and code reviews
