Overview
We are currently looking for a remote Lead DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of DevOps experience and Azure Cloud proficiency to join our team.
The customer is an insurance and reinsurance company that leverages analytics and research to create underwriting and investment value for its clients and shareholders.
Responsibilities
- Transition of the manual support/config of Linux cluster from developers to DevOps team
- Rebuild the Linux cluster in VMWare using Terraform and Azure DevOps
- Utilize Azure DevOps and Ansible to implement packages in above Linux cluster
- Ensure this approach can be converted easily to Azure Cloud only solution in the future
Requirements
- 5+ years of DevOps experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Terraform
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps services
- Good command of using VMWare
- Solid experience with Azure Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Linux
- Ansible experience
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- English level for speaking - B1
