Requirements
- 2–3 years of solid experience in Estimating, specifically within the AU or NZ construction markets.
- Detail-Oriented: A'measure twice, cut once' mindset where data accuracy is paramount.
- Analytical Thinker: Ability to deconstruct complex drawings and specifications into logical costs.
- Tech-Savvy: High comfort level with technology and an interest in leveraging AI/modern tools.
- Process-Driven: Disciplined in following SOPs and maintaining organized documentation.
- Efficiency-Focused: A drive to meet tight deadlines and reduce manual admin workloads.
