Replicant is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calling, LinkedIn and email campaigns, and objection handling. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in BDR/SDR or other relevant sales/customer-facing sales role, with a focus on B2B SaaS. The role involves researching, prospecting, and scheduling qualified meetings, as well as sharing insights with cross-functional teams to improve strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a BDR/SDR or other relevant sales/customer-facing sales role (B2B SaaS is preferred)
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong hunter mentality
- Energetic, self-motivated attitude with a focus on action and execution
