Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Senior Automation Specialist to join our project as a Low-Code/No-Code Automation expert.

In this role, you will focus on developing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using UIPath, while collaborating closely with non-technical Product Owners to transform their requirements into impactful technology solutions. This is an opportunity to drive innovation and productivity within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation solutions using UIPath, leveraging pre-built templates and following a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for script development
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into effective automation solutions
  • Take full ownership of the automation process, including design, development, testing, and deployment, to enhance project productivity
  • Work within the Automation & Productivity squad to share best practices, provide guidance, and contribute to the creation of automation standards and guidelines
  • Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Low Code/No Code and automation to continuously improve automation capabilities

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with UIPath, demonstrating expertise in developing and implementing automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of Low Code/No Code principles and the ability to effectively use templates to streamline automation development
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of automation scripts
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills for designing efficient automation solutions
  • Passion for automation and a drive to foster innovation within the project
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with CI/CD practices for automating deployment and integration processes
  • Skills in data analytics and visualization to interpret and present automation outcomes
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT solutions for data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Understanding of test automation approaches to enhance the reliability of automation scripts
