Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of progressive experience in learning design, facilitation, or sales enablement
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading and developing learning or instructional design teams
- Experience with adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and blended learning delivery
