Overview

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to help build reliable, scalable, and rapid-delivery solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, ensuring open communication, high-quality results, and continuous improvement in our cloud and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring fast and consistent software delivery
  • Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates to create scalable and repeatable environments
  • Support API management and governance through Azure API Management, applying security, transformation and performance policies
  • Integrate AI capabilities (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence) into backend APIs if needed
  • Communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of reliability and rapid delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation (Bicep, Terraform, ARM)
  • Hands-on skills with Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway, Web Apps, etc
  • Commitment to reliable, rapid delivery and open communication within the team
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

  • Background in .NET development and cloud integration is a plus
