The Senior Product Delivery Lead owns complex backlogs, leads discovery for large features, coordinates cross-team dependencies, and mentors junior PDLs. They operate with broad autonomy, navigate ambiguity with confidence, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to elevating the entire PDL team’s delivery standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or product delivery role.
- Proven experience managing complex backlogs across multiple workstreams or teams.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum principles with demonstrated delivery outcomes.
- Experience facilitating discovery and requirements sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate junior team members.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent delivery tooling.
- Additional skills: CSPO, SAFe POPM, or PMI-PBA certification.
