The company is looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, GTM, and G&A roles. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally including high-growth startup experience.

- Demonstrated ability to hire technical and GTM roles with high talent bars
- Strong sourcing abilities, especially outbound
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence founders & senior candidates
