Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of containerized application architectures.

As the architect, you will translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and resilient solutions leveraging Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices within the client's technical landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and maintain scalable, reliable architectures for containerized and cloud-native applications
  • Establish architectural standards and ensure solution designs adhere to best practices and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and client development teams to validate architectural choices and guide implementation
  • Define infrastructure requirements for Azure-hosted workloads
  • Partner with client IT and operations teams to provision, configure, and maintain underlying infrastructure (including Azure Kubernetes Service)
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable, technically sound proposals
  • Present architectural recommendations, roadmaps, and trade-offs in a clear, persuasive manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure solutions align with client goals, regulatory constraints, and organizational capabilities
  • Engage directly with client data sets to inform architectural decisions, ensuring proper handling, governance, and compliance with data privacy and security standards
  • Coordinate with client data owners to validate integration requirements, data flows, and access controls
  • Drive data-informed architecture strategies that improve reliability, scalability, and operational insights
  • Champion containerization best practices, release strategies, and runtime observability
  • Integrate security-by-design principles, including OAuth 2.0 flows and Entra ID (Azure AD) application configurations
  • Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Mentor teams on emerging technologies, architectural patterns, and operational best practices

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success designing, deploying, and managing solutions on Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity, and security)
  • Hands-on experience architecting container orchestration solutions with Kubernetes; strong familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps for CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, automated testing, and release management
  • Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, identity and access management, and hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) applications
  • Proven ability to work with sensitive client data responsibly, aligning with security and privacy requirements
  • Excellent documentation skills, including architecture diagrams, decision records, and guidelines
  • Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)
