Responsibilities

  • Optimize and refactor JavaScript code within custom ServiceNow APIs
  • Develop new API endpoints to integrate with third-party applications
  • Ensure high performance and reliability of ServiceNow connectors
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API functionality
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of API changes and configurations
  • Adhere to project timelines and deliver quality solutions under pressure
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold high coding standards
  • Continuously improve code quality and performance through best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development
  • Strong experience in JavaScript coding and optimization
  • Proven experience with API and integration platform development
  • Ability to handle high-pressure project environments and client expectations
  • Mature and dedicated professional attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
