We are currently looking for Healthcare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are interested in transitioning to a Business Analyst role. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Handle first-level queries from the business team, analyze them and collaborate with project teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and objectives
  • Leverage your strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the data management workflow
  • Foster teamwork among team members and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with developers, engineers and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful data solutions
  • Utilize your knowledge of Agile methodology to drive iterative development and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in Medicine
  • Experience working in a hospital environment as a doctor or a nurse
  • A solid understanding of hospital operations, including standard protocols, procedures, and workflow processes
  • Emergency service experience is a plus
  • Experience in business analysis or similar roles is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • English language proficiency at C1 level or above
  • Friendly demeanor with the ability to engage in casual conversation
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
