As an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing mid to long-term account strategies, maintaining existing global accounts, and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue. You will lead client meetings, gather and analyze requirements, design onboarding processes, and provide leadership for internal operational activities.
Requirements
- Overarching Account profitability management
- Orchestrating the relationships with the Client across the regions via the Regional Account Directors' alignment
- Being responsible for HQ contracting
- Onboarding of new Regional Account Directors
- Build the Account strategy for mid- and long-term perspectives
- Ensure Account budget planning and execution on an annual and quarterly basis
- Sustain the existing and develop new opportunities within the accounts
- Execute meetings with customers and present Viseven solutions
- Devise a scalable onboarding process for the strategic account
- Create and implement workflow and process improvements
- Drive internal change in their company
- Initiate hiring at HR, training, and developing professionals
- Provide supervision, direction, and leadership for internal operational activities
