Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python
- Build and support automation bots (RPA workflows)
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and internal systems
- Work with data processing, scraping, and automation pipelines
- Optimize performance and scalability of automation solutions
- Collaborate with product and business teams to automate workflows
- Debug, test, and improve reliability of existing systems
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Python
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development
- Experience with frameworks like FastAPI / Django / Flask
- Knowledge of SQL and working with databases
- Experience with automation, scraping, or scripting
- Understanding of Git and software development lifecycle
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with RPA tools or automation platforms
- Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
- Familiarity with AI integrations (OCR, LLMs, etc.)
- Understanding of asynchronous programming
