We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and technical needs. Responsibilities

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Define end-to-end architecture plans covering integrations, data models, and security frameworks
  • Lead technical teams through solution delivery to ensure Salesforce best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Oversee integration strategy to ensure seamless data flow and process automation across systems
  • Analyze platform performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and maintain robust security protocols
  • Drive platform innovation by tracking Salesforce advancements and proposing improvements
  • Create clear architecture documentation and deliver training for technical teams and stakeholders
  • Resolve complex technical issues and recommend strategic enhancements to platform capabilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
  • Salesforce architecture experience (1+ years) designing scalable solutions aligned to business objectives
  • Technical leadership experience guiding developers and admins through best practices and delivery
  • Project delivery experience defining architecture plans, documentation, and implementation milestones
  • Strong Salesforce platform knowledge including data modeling, security, and configuration principles
  • Strong integration design skills to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems and enable data flow
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex platform challenges and propose strategic solutions
  • Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1) for stakeholder communication and documentation

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Connect and Salesforce DevOps
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Mobile App
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Workbench for advanced data management
