About the Role

The Training Specialist designs and develops internal learning solutions that help team members perform their work consistently and effectively. This role supports the Firm’s learning needs by participating in discovery, translating business needs into clear learning objectives, and building training content using established tools, templates, and design standards. The Training Specialist creates and updates learning materials for internal stakeholders while contributing to rollout support, content improvement, and learning operations as needed.

Your Key Contributions

  • Support intake and discovery for learning requests by gathering information from department leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Design and develop learning materials such as e-learning modules, slide decks, learner guides, facilitator guides, job aids, scripts, and knowledge checks.
  • Build and update learning content using Articulate 360, Canva, Microsoft Office, and related multimedia tools such as HeyGen.
  • Draft learning objectives, outlines, scripts, and storyboards that align content to defined audience needs and performance goals.
  • Manage review cycles by incorporating stakeholder feedback, organizing edits, and maintaining clean version control across deliverables.
  • Prepare content for implementation by supporting rollout materials, learner communications, facilitator support tools, and post-launch updates.
  • Review feedback, survey results, audit findings, and stakeholder input to make iterative improvements to assigned learning content.
  • Support training operations and coordination activities as needed to help ensure learning solutions are delivered and sustained effectively.

  • Being Resilient: Adapts to changing priorities, timelines, and feedback during review cycles while maintaining quality, consistency, and forward progress on learning deliverables.
  • Plans and Aligns: Manages content development tasks, review cycles, and rollout support in an organized manner to ensure training materials are delivered on time and aligned to defined goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3-6 years of experience in instructional design, training content development, learning and development, or a related role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, and other content development tools, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles, adult learning concepts, and a variety of learning methods, including e-learning, virtual learning, and facilitator-supported training preferred.
  • Experience creating learner-facing and facilitator-facing materials such as e-learning modules, presentations, job aids, guides, and assessments preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00PM Eastern time.
