Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud to join our team and drive impactful e-commerce implementations for the AR Marketplace project.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements to deliver effective e-commerce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear functional specifications aligned with project goals
- Facilitate communication between business teams and technical development groups
- Support feature testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance business processes and user experiences
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly on e-commerce projects
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM and Commerce Cloud
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (B2+)
