Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our DevOps team and play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative CRM solutions leveraging Salesforce technology and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Experience sites based on Aura and LWR templates
  • Provide code-level guidance and support to development teams
  • Define the system landscape and identify gaps between current and desired end-states to deliver CRM solutions
  • Prepare standards and guidelines for technical design based on various business models and inputs from local go-to-market teams
  • Lead the design and implementation of sites utilizing the B2B Commerce Lightning platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
  • Guide deployment and ensure quality standards in Salesforce implementation

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing B2B Commerce Lightning platform solutions
  • Knowledge of designing and configuring Experience sites using Aura and LWR templates
  • Expertise in defining CRM solutions, bridging technical and business requirements
  • Proficiency in Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, and programming languages like Java and JavaScript
  • Capabilities in integrating Salesforce.com with other systems and solutions
  • Strong understanding of APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and AppExchange deployment
  • Familiarity with Visual Force, Flex, Apex classes, and Salesforce configurations
  • Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to have

  • Background in Service Oriented Architecture and integration
  • Experience with end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation
  • Skills in creating prototypes and working examples to facilitate solution development
