We're looking for a Global Head of Marketing to join our team in London, United Kingdom, in a hybrid working mode.
Empathy Lab by EPAM is an AI-native agency launched in 2025, built on the belief that the most valuable growth in the AI era comes from pairing human judgment with machine intelligence. We help CMOs and senior marketing leaders create intelligent brand experiences and connected systems that power marketing, commerce, and loyalty.
In this role, you will lead the global marketing function, shape the strategy and build the team responsible for Empathy Lab’s brand and commercial impact. You’ll collaborate with leadership and regional teams to deliver marketing programs that influence key decision-makers and position Empathy Lab as a trusted leader in AI-driven growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Empathy Lab’s global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and commercial outcomes
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple geographies
- Align marketing goals with leadership priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Elevate Empathy Lab’s position as a thought leader through strategic PR, thought leadership content, and analyst engagement
- Drive brand development including visual identity, tone of voice, and positioning
- Own marketing contribution to the pipeline through integrated campaigns and demand-generation programs
- Develop and execute executive event strategies and industry sponsorships to strengthen client relationships
- Provide the sales team with tools and collateral to accelerate deal cycles
- Manage marketing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Ensure global consistency in brand representation and operational excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least three years in a senior leadership role within an agency, consultancy, or technology business targeting C-level marketing executives
- Proven track record leading global teams and building high-impact marketing organizations
- Demonstrated experience in both brand development and demand generation, with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with modern marketing technologies and attribution models
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with credibility in executive settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
