Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional end-user support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and office infrastructure
  • Manage hardware inventory including procurement, deployment, and lifecycle tracking of IT assets
  • Maintain server room infrastructure and monitor environmental conditions to ensure optimal system performance
  • Implement and document IT procedures while adhering to security protocols and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or similar IT support role
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common business applications
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and networking fundamentals
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment while meeting established SLAs
