Requirements

  • Own and drive the overall growth strategy across key acquisition channels
  • Identify opportunities for acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion
  • Build, execute, and optimize full-funnel growth initiatives
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership teams
  • Define and refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop scalable growth systems, processes, and experimentation frameworks
