The Director, Events & Partnerships will lead the strategy, production, financial stewardship and execution of partnership activities of Chief’s event portfolio across the country.

Requirements

  • Set the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for Chief’s high impact and in-person event portfolio
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Chief’s in-person national large-scale events
  • Own and manage event budgets with rigor and transparency
  • Approach venue sourcing and vendor selection through a partnerships lens
  • Serve as a key point of contact across internal stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, contractors, and outsourced staff
