Overview

We are strengthening our frontend platform and need a Lead Frontend Developer (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) to lead UI delivery and technical direction. You will drive ReactJS development with HTML/CSS Markup, Redux/Flux, unit testing, and build tooling using Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt while mentoring engineers and working with stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Lead development of responsive, modern user interfaces for web applications
  • Drive implementation of advanced frontend solutions using JavaScript (Frontend) and ReactJS
  • Ensure UI components integrate cleanly with backend services
  • Mentor developers and provide support to build a collaborative team culture
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Conduct code reviews to safeguard quality, performance, and consistency
  • Optimize frontend performance to enable fast and efficient user experiences
  • Coordinate build tools and deployment processes to ensure reliable releases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems in the frontend codebase
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend best practices for ongoing improvement

Requirements

  • Demonstrated 5 years of experience in professional software engineering roles
  • Leadership experience of at least 1 year leading and managing development teams
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (Frontend) for frontend development
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript for scalable, maintainable application design
  • Deep expertise in ReactJS for interactive user interface development
  • Advanced skills in HTML/CSS Markup for responsive and accessible layouts
  • Solid understanding of unit testing practices for reliable, maintainable code
  • Hands-on experience with Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt to optimize development workflows
  • Expert knowledge of Redux or Flux for predictable state management
  • Fluent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience with frontend performance monitoring and optimization tools
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards for inclusive design
  • Interest in mentoring junior developers and supporting team growth
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies for iterative project delivery
