Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle delivery for specific client accounts and serve as the main liaison for delivery concerns
  • Ensure delivery management processes and governance are followed according to standards
  • Oversee resource planning and staff allocation to meet delivery schedules with proper expertise
  • Lead solution architecture ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks and future expansion
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships while mitigating engagement risks
  • Coordinate preparation of client proposals, work statements, and project documentation
  • Enforce best practices, delivery methodologies, and agile frameworks
  • Plan and implement risk management techniques throughout delivery phases
  • Measure and optimize delivery productivity for continuous improvement
  • Provide delivery knowledge and support during sales bidding processes
  • Coach and develop delivery managers within the organization

Requirements

  • Nine or more years of experience in Data and Analytics projects encompassing Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence
  • Strong expertise in Python, Scala, or Java and familiarity with Big Data ecosystems like Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Kafka
  • Proven skills in data platform engineering with batch and streaming data pipelines
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience designing Big Data solutions
  • Leadership experience in cloud migration projects involving AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture and security challenges in data-driven initiatives
  • Understanding of data visualization approaches and classical analytics
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment with excellent client communication skills (English level C1)
  • Solid grasp of project delivery methodologies including agile and change management
