Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team.
As a Product Manager for our ServiceNow offerings, you'll be a key player in defining and driving the strategic direction of our digital products and services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our ServiceNow solutions align with our organizational goals, enhance the user experience, and continuously evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of the business and the Digital organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager to shape and implement the product strategy for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Gather, prioritize, and manage product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, and communicate these requirements clearly to development teams
- Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the overall strategy and market trends
- Maintain a detailed and prioritized product backlog, breaking down features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Lead the matrixed product team by providing guidance, assigning tasks, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve the product vision
- Work closely with development teams to provide direction, answer questions, and ensure successful delivery of product features
- Advocate for a user-centered design and development process, collaborating with UX/UI teams to enhance the user experience
- Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure new features meet quality and performance standards
- Oversee product releases, define release scope, and ensure timely and successful delivery
- Engage with process owners and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and drive ongoing product improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years in roles such as Lead, Manager, Product Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more people
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or involvement in several projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle
- Deep, hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow ITOM Platform, including strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Real-world understanding of IT Operations and ITIL processes, with the ability to design workflows that address operational challenges and improve efficiency
- Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing an ITSM backlog, writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and delivering incremental value using Agile methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT Ops leaders, service desk managers, engineers, and executives, facilitating alignment and resolving conflicts
- Product mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes such as reducing MTTR, increasing automation, boosting self-service adoption, and lowering costs, using data to inform product decisions
- Proven track record as a Product Owner for 3-5 years, successfully delivering software products
- Proficiency in gathering, prioritizing, and managing product requirements
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- Understanding of automation and orchestration concepts, especially within ServiceNow
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, demonstrating foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- ITIL certification, showing expertise in IT service management best practices
- Agile certification, indicating formal training and understanding of Agile methodologies
