Overview

We are delivering scalable web applications and are hiring a Lead Frontend Developer (ReactJS, JavaScript) to lead our UI engineering efforts. You will guide the team across TypeScript, HTML/CSS Markup, Redux/Flux state management, unit testing, and build tooling like Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt. Responsibilities

  • Lead creation of modern, responsive user interfaces for web applications
  • Guide advanced frontend delivery using JavaScript (Frontend) and ReactJS
  • Ensure integration of UI components with backend services is seamless
  • Support and mentor developers to promote growth and collaboration
  • Align with stakeholders to define requirements and delivery expectations
  • Perform code reviews to sustain high quality and strong performance
  • Optimize frontend performance for fast and efficient user experiences
  • Maintain build tools and deployment processes to enable reliable releases
  • Resolve complex issues within the frontend codebase through troubleshooting
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend best practices for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven track record of 5 years in professional software engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience of 1 year leading and managing development teams
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (Frontend) for modern UI development
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript for maintainable and scalable codebases
  • Deep expertise in ReactJS to create dynamic and interactive interfaces
  • Advanced skills in HTML/CSS Markup for responsive, accessible designs
  • Solid background in unit testing to ensure reliability and maintainability
  • Experience with Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt to optimize build and development workflows
  • Expert knowledge of Redux or Flux for predictable application state handling
  • Fluent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Experience with frontend performance monitoring and optimization tools
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards for inclusive design
  • Interest in mentoring junior developers and supporting team growth
