Overview

We are hiring a Chief Platform Administrator (BlueConic) to lead day-to-day CDP operations, keeping BlueConic stable, well-configured, and activation-ready. You will oversee configurations, data flows, tagging, and integrations while guiding segmentation and activation for marketing workflows. Responsibilities

  • Lead and configure BlueConic, including profiles, feeds, segments, journeys, and permissions
  • Maintain and debug platform data flows, tagging setups, and integrations
  • Direct audience segmentation and activation approaches for marketing use cases
  • Track platform health, performance, and data quality to ensure reliability
  • Advise and support marketing and martech teams with tactical guidance
  • Document platform configuration details and operational processes after knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Proven record with 7+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Hands-on experience with BlueConic or comparable CDP platforms
  • Practical expertise in martech integrations, tagging technologies, and data flow management
  • Advanced capability in troubleshooting complex platform operations
  • Working knowledge of marketing activation workflows
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1+)

Nice to have

  • Understanding of data flow maintenance, data integration practices, and data quality standards
  • Experience with marketing strategy execution, audience segmentation, and activation strategies
