Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven professional to build and enhance data analytics capabilities. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to drive programme growth, optimize participant engagement, and support strategic decision-making within the finance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain comprehensive data analytics capabilities to generate actionable insights for the AI program
  • Develop robust analytics frameworks to track participant engagement, AI adoption trends and program effectiveness metrics
  • Design and create interactive dashboards for program monitoring, stakeholder reporting and strategic decision-making
  • Analyze data to identify potential leads and opportunities for program expansion
  • Generate automated reports on platform usage patterns, event attendance and knowledge contribution rates
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data analytics, finance, computer science or a related field
  • Experience building end-to-end data analytics solutions and working with large datasets
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R or SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI or Looker
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Ability to design KPIs, metric frameworks and performance tracking models
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience working on AI-driven or digital transformation programs, including an understanding of AI/ML adoption metrics
  • Clear stakeholder communication skills and experience automating reporting processes
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP is an advantage
