We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale E-commerce and digital ecosystem platform in the construction materials industry
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Product Owner in IT projects
- Proven experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Logistics, or ERP systems
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes: order management; supply chain & logistics; B2B and B2C sales flows
- Experience working with complex multi-role platforms (marketplaces, ecosystems)
- Ability to design and document end-to-end user journeys across multiple user types
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business)
- Solid understanding of API integrations and system interactions
- Experience in business process modeling using BPMN, UML, or similar notations
- Fluency in Uzbek and English
Nice to have:
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials industry
- Experience with financial flows (cashback, balances, credit limits, payments)
- Experience in emerging markets / fast-changing environments
- Certifications in Agile / Scrum (PSPO, CSPO, etc.)
- Experience with Event Storming / Domain-Driven Design
Responsibilities:
- Lead product discovery and business analysis across multiple platform components
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Design and document: business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE); user flows and journeys; functional and non-functional requirements
- Decompose a complex platform into clear modules and deliverables
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and architects
- Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions
- Support delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
