We're looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to join our team in Germany with a hybrid working mode.

In this role, you will combine deep technical and strategic expertise with strong client-facing skills, leading cybersecurity consulting engagements while driving business growth through new client acquisition and account expansion. • Develop and present high-quality deliverables including assessments, roadmaps, strategies and executive reports
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, including CISOs and C-level executives
  • Oversee junior consultants on project teams, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events and direct outreach
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to position services as solutions to client security challenges
  • Develop tailored proposals, statements of work and presentations in collaboration with internal teams
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting, advisory or a closely related field
  • Track record of delivering complex cybersecurity consulting projects independently
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with responsibility for business development or revenue contribution
  • Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls and GDPR
  • Strong consultative selling ability and ability to articulate value to executive audiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how cybersecurity risk translates to business impact
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001
  • Experience in specific verticals such as financial services, healthcare or critical infrastructure
  • Existing network of decision-maker relationships in the market
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and evolving threat landscapes
